Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Additions:
- Diced avocado
- Black beans
- Corn kernels (fresh or grilled)
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Red or green chili for extra heat
Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients:
- Peel, pit, and dice the ripe mangoes. Finely chop the red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Combine Ingredients:
- In a bowl, combine the diced mangoes, chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, chopped jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
Add Lime Juice:
