Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
- Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken meat into bite-sized pieces.
Season the Chicken:
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
Prepare the Breading Station:
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg wash, and one with breadcrumbs or a mixture of breadcrumbs and flour.
Coat the Chicken:

- If frying: Heat cooking oil in a pan or deep fryer to 350-375°F (175-190°C) and fry the breaded chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through.
- If baking: Preheat the oven to the temperature specified in the recipe and bake the breaded chicken pieces on a baking sheet until they are crispy and cooked through.
Serve:
- Once cooked, serve the chicken nuggets hot. They are often accompanied by dipping sauces such as ketchup, honey mustard, barbecue sauce, or ranch dressing.
