Coleslaw

To make coleslaw, you'll need the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey or sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Before serving, give the coleslaw a final toss, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or green onions if desired.
